        After experiencing an issue with one of my domain purchases, it was greed that they would refund me the amount I paid for it. Sadly, they showed their true colours by going back on their word after we had agreed of which I have copies of the emails. If these people are struggling to refund such small amount of money, what hope is there. The virus has affected many businesses obviously and the fact that Nominet cannot reimburse $10 speaks volumes. Say one thing and do the opposite should be the slogan for Nominet.

        I spoke with Stephanie today and can only say how impressed I am with the customer support. Call answered quickly, spoke to a human quickly and she really knew her stuff. Plus she's very friendly too. When other companies are blaming Covid for poor customer support, Nominet proves that it can be done well still!
