This is a terrible insurance broker, I we'd not recommend them to anyone, I damaged my phone Fri 5th August 2022, I have phoned them every single day since & after being on hold for over an hour every time, am promised a phone call back to take my excess payment, which surprise surprise still hasn't happened, I am severely disabled in a wheelchair, & my mobile is my only was of calling for help etc, but as screen is damaged its impossible to do but they don't seem to be bothered at all, shame on thaeo th

If I could put zero I would. This company is run by complete cowboys. Very happy to take your money but terrible when it comes to making a claim. I am an NHS worker that has been essentially without a mobile for nearly a year. This company has been asking for numerous documents, changing account handlers who then ask for the same documents again and again. Only for nothing to go into fruition. In the process on speaking to a financial ombudsman to be able to investigate further. Absolute criminal behaviour from a sham company trying to pass off as an official insurance firm. Absolute joke.
