We packed take away in this restaurant , we ordered chicken briyanis and looking at the reviews and crowd in the restaurant we thought food would be delicious , the Briyani was uncooked and did not taste like Briyani , pathetic service ! No flavours , spices in the food! Rest of the crowd other than Indians would like their food

Oh dear, to be fair the lady on the phone was very friendly when explaining that the delivery had been given to the delivery guy from user eats nigh on 50 min ago and how that the food was hot when it left. Unfortunately upon delivery the delivery bag was open and the poppadoms were smashed to smithereens, the prawn purthi tasted weirdly sweet, the biriyani was bland to say the least and the onion baji in the chefs special was also very bland. The saving grace was the korma hence the 2 stars but obviously will never ever ever ever order from here again. 33 odd down the drain :(

I ordered at 10:30 pm and its past midnight now, I still havent received my order. I want to go to sleep but I am also hungry. The store doesnt pick up and I dont know whether I will ever get my delivery and whether I even want it anymore.

I have had take out all year from The Blue Elephant and it has been fantastic every time. The chefs there are obviously always young their game, because every takeaway was better than the next. Cant wait for my next takeaway. I recommend the onion salad if you enjoy extra texture with your food. Beautiful food every time
