I found the company to be very hands-on and involved in all processes of finding employment. They understood exactly where I wanted to be positioned and found me relevant opportunities. Once I began to work, the follow-up about how I was fitting in and how the new job that they had aligned me with was going, was a pleasant unexpected surprise. TOP MARKS for their service!

I would 100 % recommend iithos, Philip spends a lot of time with candidates to make sure that he is putting the right people forward for the role. This is hugely beneficial for all parties involved. The personality test is very useful and will definitely help you learn some aspects of your personality that relate to your work life and suitable career options. ( it's good fun too) Philip was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and I am very grateful and appreciative of the time invested. Not your usual recruitment agency by any means a breath of fresh air !

I cannot recommend or rate iithos high enough. From the first phone call with Philip the entire hiring process and ethos behind iithos's processes was streamless, professional, efficient and very fast!
