        Worst housing association out there all this company wants is your money if you need anything repairing you'll be waiting over a year get promised a phone call back which never comes proper bad customer service...

        Few months ago I moved in to a property in oxford Numan place. My house is leaking. I called them 4 times and they said they will call me back within one week. All these 4 times no one called me back. My carpet and bedroom furniture is ruined. The bedroom which is leaking have mould now. Worst mistake I ever made.
