        I stored my luggage at the reception and was about to ask for my luggage back, but another customer overtook me even though I arrived first. The worst thing was the hotel staff let other customers intervene in my queue without responsibility. I almost missed the train because of this flawed operation. Although, I told hotel staff about my train coming and you didn't help me first. They just realised and only said sorry without anything. Most of the hotel staff work not professionally, and they looked working with a scowling faces.
