Loved attending the Muay Thai classes, feel a lot more confident since attending. World class coaching in Dean and Josias is available, both very humble people who will ensure that no question is left unanswered and are very understanding on beginners. Cant speak highly enough of them

Been coming to Muay Thai here a couple times a week for over a year. Dean & Josias are both excellent coaches. Josias has a contagious enthusiasm and Dean has in-depth technical knowledge of the sport that makes us improve rapidly. Easily the best coach I've ever had. The combination of the two works very well for all levels, from beginners/recreational up to competitive fighters. I achieved a lot and enjoyed it all the way!

Best place to train Muay Thai in Oxford!!!.The Coaches are patient and always pushing you to be the best version of yourself. Amazing Muay Thai coaches like Josias, Dean and Guppy. They are very friendly and experienced, and they take the time to make sure your technique is correct and teach you new things and ideas during padwork. Highly recommend the Muay Thai classes whether you want to be a fighter or just get a good workout.
