If you want an expensive B and B and no sleep then this is the place to go! 1st problem, I requested a double standard room with a garden view because i hate traffic noise....I didn't get this I got a family room with a view of the road....spoke to front desk and they sorted this out with a standard room with a view of the carpark! At this point I couldn't be bothered to complain again! So doors have been none stop banging, maybe this is somthing they can look into and possible get quieter closing doors! Also the if ur by the main road from the carpark you can here people closing there car doors and the traffic is none stop! The room isn't a 4 star, is old and very outdated with wooden furniture, a tiny TV, and with such a busy road invest in some double glazing! And fix the bathroom sink the crack in it looks unsightly, there's a crack in the glass on the window...and the shower shelf in the shower cubicle either needs respraying or binning, rust dosnt look good when ur paying over 100 a night, maybe re think the pre orders for breakfast purely because most people don't know what they want until they have woken up! Also in the afternoon walking through the house to smell old chip pan oils isn't nice, however some little postives the front desk chap was lovely and helpful, the bed was propa comfy, and tea tray was good but please more sugars and coffees.
