The Dog Trouser Company is a new venture in Australia. As a young Ecommerce business we had many questions. Even though we are on the other side of the world Luther and his team worked around those time differences with us patiently and always exceeded our expectations. The website was delivered in a professional and timely manner along with our Social Media setup. We continue to receive ongoing support with amazing turnaround times and no question ever goes unanswered. We wanted to build a site that wasn't going to be restricted by fixed templates, but instead have the freedom to add aspects in or move things around until it really worked for us. We put a few suggestions forward to Tinker Tailor Design and they produced a site that we're very proud of. Importantly, during the initial build stage they sent pages for approval and didn't push for publishing until we had something that completely represented our business. Throughout the entire build we were given sensible time frames in which the work would be completed and they consistently did what they said they would, when they said they would. We were regularly updated with any progress and before it went live we were talked through the use of the site so that we're able to update the blog, etc with ease. Before Tinker Tailor was recommended to us, we had already had two attempts at building the site with two other 'web designers'. Both attempts were a complete disaster and we ended up losing the entire site build fee for an end product that looked out of date and unfinished, plus simple requests took endless emails that just went around in circles. It felt like a bit of a minefield to find a genuinely talented designer and to save others the hassle, we'd highly recommend Tinker Tailor to anyone that asks. Breckmarsh Gundogs
