        asked if they had an item in stock as i couldn't find it on my own and was told that it would be on display if it was. i'm not sure how their policy works so can't really comment on the customer service aspect but i couldn't find what i was looking for

        It had been a while since I had last visited this shop. I walked up to the checkout counter to check out a yoga mat, not realising the store has installed self-checkout machines. A member of staff organising the shelf by the counter told me you can check it out yourself if paying by card. I apologised for not having seen the machines earlier. She muttered under her breath, You should have. Youre stupid and a series of other muffled insults, while continuous avoiding eye contact. A stunning display of hospitality.
