Avoid! They are the most overpriced souvenir shop in oxford, with a no returns policy. Multiple shops next door and down the street sell the same EXACT things, for half to fraction of the price. After coming back to return the items (I found cheaper next door) 5 minutes after my purchase they refused to refund - stating company policy.
