Cumnor Gas Services

By far the rudest man Ive dealt with in a long time, my partner rents a property via Pearce and Alder. They are never in their office. Cumnor Gas havw been out twice in three weeks each time leaving her and he son without heating. This time without hot water to. This is for up to a week at a time nearly, same last year. They will not communicate, they will not give time frames. The wiring to boiler is something out of the dark ages. He came into the house in a hostile manner, was patronising and condescending. So he was quickly escorted out as I was visiting. They are going to be reported to Gas Safety. I would not use these people.

Pete and his son did a great job. The central heating system in our family house was out of kilter and they fixed it by replacing the old feeder tank. It cost exactly what they said it would cost. Their work was neat and tidy and they took care to put down cloths at the front door so as to avoid tramping in any dirt. They also followed up with a second visit to balance up the radiators. Good service with a smile.
