Lucy was everything you would want from a funeral director; incredibly responsive to emails, exceptionally comprehensive and thorough in her replies, all the while being very sensitive. On the day Lucy and her team were calm, presentable and gave clear guidance and instructions. Exactly as it says on the tin, everything individualised, so we could say farewell to our brother in a way he would have wanted, but with all the practical advice and assitance to make the whole day work smoothly.
