Claire and Darias have been utterly superb in managing our mums funeral. We were so pleased to be able to use a local independent funeral home and quite literally could not fault the service. Clare, Dorian and the rest of the team are exceptional! It was a complex, tri-lingual mass and crematorium service, which they organized with great professionalism, efficiancy, and kindness. The latter point is especially important, as at no point did we feel that they were "going through the motions", but genuinely showed humanity, understanding, compassion, empathy, sensitivity, and concern. No detail was too small, and importantly were always at the end of the phone 24/7 to offer advice and support during this devastating time. It was very comforting to see that it all came together beautifully and with great dignity. They cared.
