TFP Oxford Fertility

I could not recommend Oxford Fertility more! Everyone there is absolutely amazing - so kind and caring. The patient portal messaging system they have makes it so easy to contact people you need, even at the weekends! In particular Lauren Fitzgerald who works in patient support has been a superstar! She has helped me out numerous times - I wrote a message on the portal and she rang me straight away! Both times! The first time was because I was doing my paperwork all wrong and getting in a muddle and she talked me through the whole thing - and the second to help me cancel / rearrange an appointment. Both times she called me she already had a plan of action and solution to my problems and shes exactly what you need when you are feeling stressed and drained - she makes you feel calm and in control again, something which is so important on this journey. She also makes you feel like nothing is too much effort, the most amazing lady and such a credit to Oxford Fertility! I cant thank her enough. Its like its part of the job role to work at Oxford Fertility you have to be an absolute legend!!! They are the best.

All of the staff are amazing, talked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable. Also the biscuits are delicious after egg collection and they will give you extra chocolate ones if you ask ;-)

The staff so far have been Very helpful. I had worries that I would be treated differently for going through the NHS funding route rather than private but they have been quick to respond and book appointments. Definitely the right choice.
