The control panel for the heating and hot-water control and timings was incorrectly and unsafely wired by a previous electrician. The problem was well-explained and the remedial work carried out to my satisfaction. A more up-to-date control panel was installed. He re-wired the underfloor heating manifold and replaced the old underfloor heating thermostat and control with a more up-to-date model. The electrician was prompt, courteous and professional; he was considerate as he worked in the house and his work was tidy. Everything was well explained and he offered to come back if I found anything unclear. I authorised him to carry out the fairly major work needed. It would have been even better if he could have given an estimate of how long the work was likely to take, and an estimate of the cost, in advance but I appreciate that might not have been possible and in fairness I didn't ask. It's hard to find a good electrician and I would recommend Eco-Lectrical to others. Service: General repairs
