        No flexibility to delay. I had exceptional circumstances of redundancy, covid and a close bereavement so neither the funds or headspace to complete on time. Received promises of calls via email, but never spoke to anyone. Final disappointing generic email, from a support executive, who said the manager just said no - and that I could no longer access the course, even though I had barely used the online system or had any communication with a tutor. I would basically have to pay again. Avoid at all costs and use a different institution.
