Staff are rude and unhelpful. There always standing around looking miserable and unprofessional Refused to give me my order yet had details needed for my purchase. Traveled 40 minuets with my child to be refused a product I paid for ! Won't be using this argos again in the future

Absolutely appalling service! My mum wanted to exchange an item that she received with rust and they argued it was oil! Just rude! I was returning a camera I brought 2 days ago just to be told the serial numbers don't match up and nothing they could do... was told we had probably received one that had already been returned! Now stuck with a 700 camera that is faulty.
