I got an emergency appointment because I was in so much pain and didnt know what was wrong. I paid so much money just to hear from them one possibility that turned out to be wrong. They just referred me to a specialist without doing literally anything. Having said that, they behaved nicely and patiently. Overall, I got nothing out of that very costly appointment.

Fantastic!! Id neglected my teeth for long time. Over two appointments Louise (Hygienist) got me back on track. Friendly and informative but more importantly got on with the job and sorted me out. I find poor service and ineffective products wherever I turn, not here, top class!! You get what you pay for
