    I was delayed for 10 minutes, the woman at the reception was clicking something on the computer and did not pay attention to me. It is very unfortunate that the clinic refused to accept me and did not return the money. Not professionals work.. Furthermore, it is unacceptable that the receptionist used racist remarks towards me. It is important for businesses to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, regardless of their nationality or ethnicity. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also unethical. I was left without a dentist's examination and without money...

    Had an extremely disappointing and rude phone call with the receptionist . My friend called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and has no sense of customer service in her. Nothing like previous receptionist at euro dental. Incredibly rude and unhelpful did not make a single effort to help fix the problem but rather was more worried about arguing with a disrespectful call on why she was right instead of helping solve the problem. This incredibly bad customer service.

    Absolute heroes. I'd been to the JR for an Oral and Maxillofacial appointment and been told I needed to get a mouthguard for nighttime teeth grinding before any further treatment. My dentist in Witney was unable to do this at my last appointment but time was of the essence. I popped in on the off chance that this dentist might be able to make me a guard. I had little confidence they would have any space. But lo and behold the lovely receptionist said that the wait for NHS was about 6 weeks but I could pay private prices (cheaper than NHS band 3 that I'd expected) and the dentist agreed to squeeze me in straight after lunch! With lunch over the moulds were taken and merely a few days later the mouthguard was ready for collection. Collected on Easter Monday. Highly recommended dentist and I'll be letting anyone who is seeking a dentist know about this great team. Thanks again all!
