        Unable to get through to the practice on the phone after trying every day this week. Received a filling that has fallen out after multiple problems with it already and need it fixed urgently.

        A long wait for my appointment for the second time. Phone service is not good. You wait for a good while and then get cut off or asked to call back later. Standard of dentistry is very good.

        The most excruciatingly unprofessional dental practice. You can never get through on the phone. They dont acknowledge any emails. They dont call back when you leave messages. My dentist at Damira suggested I book an appointment with the hygienist- I went to reception only to be told that the next available appointment is in 4 months. Spending so much time just trying to get through, soul sucking experience.
