Just bought some prepared mango today dated 28.03. It tasted like it was starting to go off. Went back to the shop with it literally half an hour later. The manager Sanjeev told me he would happily chuck it in the bin but was not willing to refund without a receipt. I used my card to pay and could easily provide proof of payment via my bank statements but he was unwilling to have that conversation. Very disappointing and will not be returning

Coffee and cheese toastie were nice, but very overpriced. Cost me 8.50 for a Latte and a toastie. It makes sense though because its a Cost of Living Crisis so they need to raise prices to pay their staff more. Im sure the staff are on a lot and the profits arent going to the big boss of M&S ;)
