        BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTS After a general enquiry about a charging plug and whether I could return the product if a fault was to arrise within 30 days the manager or owner stated that I could not return this even though I informed him about the consumer rights act 2015 and my rights to a replacement or refund. If this shop cannot follow basic consumer rights legislation I can only speculate to what else they are not complying with.
