        Rupert came out after my usual boiler company were unable to explain or fix a heating problem. My usual company had spent several hours over a number of days trying to understand the problem, which Rupert identified within half an hour. Furthermore, whilst my usual company left me without heat for several days, Rupert went as far as to have me FaceTime him so he could examine things from afar despite him having a personal commitment at the time. He is kind and has a wealth of knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

        He put in a new Worcester Bosch boiler and now the system works. He had to make the wiring safe which it wasnt before and Im totally amazed by his scope for getting things right. Well done!
