        Recently I have attended Bayfields for my Regular eye check, soon after I had my yearly check for my hearing aid. On both appts I received first class help and attention by the staff. Also enjoyed a hot chocolate drink, which was welcome. I have been a customer for many years as The staff are polite , patient and helpful.

        I have reading and distant glasses, I knew I needed a new lens in both pairs. I used my original distant glasses to have the new lens put in. However, I bought a new pair (12.50) for reading. The price was 360.00, after reading The itemised bill, I enquired about this 25.00 at the top of the list, to my amazement, they told me it was for putting the lenses in!! Thats why you have a one star rating! 40 years Ive been using R.S, think I may switch!!!
