Lynch Brother Homes : Builder in Oxford

The addition of a large Loft room with dormer 4 velux windows and ensuite with a corner bath and separate shower as well as building a coach house over the driveway with an office above plus the renovation of the entire first floor including re configuration of entrance - this was the project .. it was good to be on site daily and have the chance to see first hand step by step the entire project. The end results are great (finished August 2023) and although not the cheapest choice Lynch Bros are probably the best in Oxford for major Projects. I gladly would use them again for anything major. We have a 'fixer upper' home and have worked with a number of different companies so far; we would highly recommend Lynch Brother Homes. We were having our render redone by their sister company and unfortunately found that one of the upstairs windows did not have a lintel and the brick work was being held together by the old render. Lynch Brother Homes responded immediately sending videos of what they had found and their suggestions. They were understanding that this was an unexpected cost and worked with us to ensure the entire job could be completed to everyone's satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with.

It has been great to reconnect with the Lynch family builders. We've had a really good experience with father and sons over the years. Most of all, we're delighted with the finish and attention to detail given to the construction of a porch in keeping with an older stone house. Professional workforce, joiner of exceptional quality, and roofers the same. Given previous experience with the Lynch builders, I am confident that any follow up will be professionally attended to. Highly recommend.

After a recommendation from a friend I contacted Lynch Brother Homes for a complete refit of my bathroom. They did such a good job on that I had no choice but to use them for the refit of my kitchen! Their guys were on time everyday, tidied up before they left and the quality of their workmanship was beyond question. John was always at the end of the phone when i needed advice and was invaluable with helping to choose designs and materials for my kitchen. Henry and the office staff where a delight to deal with and made sure I was always in the loop about deliveries and the next stage of the project. Lynch Brother Homes provided an excellent service when we decided to convert the attic of our mid-terrace house. They were extremely responsive, and very happy to work with us in order to come up with creative, bespoke solutions. Whenever the inevitable snags of a building process came up, they were quick to respond and good to communicate with. All of their tradespeople were extremely professional and very friendly with our 2 young children. Would highly recommend.
