        This was offered on Wish as a collection site for orders but due to their irregular hours and closure in January it was impossible to pick up parcels I ordered. As a result I've lost the packages and have been charged for not picking them up. I understand the Covid circumstances but couldn't you have notified Wish that you were closed to avoid unnecessary charges and frustration to customers?
