        Had a quote from one repair service for 800 with a two week wait for repair. At Mac Simple it was done for a fraction of the prace and was ready to collect next day. Such friendly service, cant fault at all!!

        Replaced my Macbook Air battery at a fraction of the cost I was quoted at the Apple "authorised" service centre. Fast, friendly and efficient service. I'll definitely come here again if I have any other problems with Apple products.

        Provides the best customer service you will ever experience. On the two occasions I have visited the issue has been identified and resolved. Once the problem was described as "uneconomic to repair", but they gave me a workaround for 0 and on the other occasion a simple - yet not widely known - issue was identified and the problem resolved. Neither time did they want paying for their help - which I ignored! Service like this needs to be rewarded and recognised. I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I have no hesitation in recommending Mac Simple unreservedly. Thank you! Roger
