        A bit pricey. They had delayed getting my screen part for my devices (their projected timeline was off) but the repair is good and screen seems to be working for the time being. I appreciated their customer-oriented service - they always picked up when I called and repeated checked with the technician for updates.

        Today, i visited the store for a repair. Not only did they complete the repair, done in timely fashion. The adviser was quick, efficient and proffessional. I would highly recomnend Fali to repair your phone. Marcy.

        Last year I fixed my laptop there. Despite asking them many many times to not to wipe all my data, i still got my laptop back with nothing. i genuinely thought they did their best job to try. They also installed a new window and charge me 60, but actually they gave me a trial window licence and now it expires and I need to buy new licence again. They just scammed me.
