Very friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful. They did a great job for me, at a very fair price. And a good sense of humour.

Good value place for laptops and other repairs. Jog past this place regularly and is in one of those lesser-seen parts of Cowley / Oxford Road. My laptop stopped working. Wouldn't switch on - had battery issues. Took it in and they diagnosed the faults quite well. Had a crack in it and a bad charger. Bill to fix: 98 labour 60 palm rest 35 charger (bad charger was 15 on eBay but the last good one I had was 45 from Cowley Road) 40 battery = 228 (Am told by a second hand computer dealer friend that these are all quite reasonable prices). They loaned me a rental Asus for 50. Took it home and charged it for 4 hours (standard procedure) until the green light went on. Didn't work. Rang and they said there was another one. Took it back in, they said "Very sorry" and they found (and tested) the new one. Took it home and it worked! Only I'd forgot the charger. Rang again and got through to some work-from-home dude who wasn't able to get through to anyone in store. Cycled back. Charger was on the side so got that. Finally worked. Have to wait a week but am told mine will be fixed then. Lockdown is a nightmare for parts and there's quite a bit to do, although substitute laptop seamlessly used OneDrive, Office 365, Google, and everything else so far so fairly chill. Would thoroughly recommend. No-one is perfect, and this place is happily devoid of know-it-all Techies and they were friendly / helpful both on the phone and in person.

very good, they did a great screen replacement after I my laptop jumped out of my bag onto the sidewalk.
