Compass cleaner provided domestic cleaning for 5hours at my house in Chipping Norton and I'm very impressed with cleaning standards. And I'll use the service again.

I had a booking for end of tenancy cleaning including cleaning carpet and oven clean. They did fantastic work, I'm pleased that I chose them. They turned up with a big, well organised team such a high standards. I definitely would recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! They do a reasonably good job but are not reliable. The cleaners are usually late and the company never says when to expect them without prodding. Sometimes they say the cleaner is running late and then they send a couple of people to do a speed clean. Today they didnt turn up at all and I have waited in all day. I have phoned and emailed twice to find out if/when they are coming without receiving any response. Too bad I am expecting company and am very disappointed. Some of the cleaners are also better than others so uneven quality. They are quick with the bills however and send the invoice daily until paid. The most I have waited to pay after cleaning is two to three days over the weekend but they sound like they are desperate to be paid. Then they promised to send someone on Tuesday after not showing up on Saturday and no one came. Again I waited and they never even responded this time!
