The products are generally okay and most of the time, the staff as well however, theres a problem. Theres direct and indirect disrespect and mistreatment and theres a member of staff that serves the beverages that keeps indirectly doing it to me. I recognised this the first time but the second time, it got on my nerves. For the sake of being mature, i did not address it immediately because i like to take time before i take action. Someone needs to give a serious briefing to the people that work there because this is not just a way to not treat customers but also not a way to treat a person. I shouldnt have to take the battering because of someone elses attitude problems. Now i have to go to lectures thinking about this, crazy!

Loveliest staff known to man. They are so sweet and great at managing the large student crowd. But the actual coffee drink is hideously awful and tastes very bad. But can fully recommend the brownies and the ham and cheese warm sandwich.
