So glad I found this Toastmasters group. Such a warm friendly and relaxed environment. It's exactly what I was looking for! There's no pressure to speak but lots of opportunity to speak if you want to. This is a great club for people who are new to Toastmasters looking to dip their toes as well as those who are wanting to further develop their skills. North Oxford Speakers meet every 2nd and 4th Monday at 7.30pm (except public holidays) at North Oxford Association Community Centre, Diamond Place Oxford OX2 7DP, Parking is really convenient too!

Very friendly club. I found it really easy to join in as a new guest, even though I didnt know anyone, and was quickly made welcome. The location and easy parking make it easy to get to - especially for those in the north of the city/county. The toastmasters pathways is a really good way of developing your speaking skills and confidence.

AKA NorthO - part of a Troika of world-beating Toastmasters clubs in Oxford there to help you improve your public speaking. Meeting the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (except bank holidays) at 7:15pm for 7:30pm - just turn up and we will show you the rest. Yes, really: everyone is welcome! The atmosphere is one of open engagement in a community hall setting in Oxford (with a focus on fun and entertaining speeches more than anything else). If you're preparing a Best Man's speech, or just want to be less terrified about speaking to people, then come along and give us a go. Oh, and their current President - Matt Parker - is a local treasure. Truly the Tigger of Toastmasters and seeing him speak is definitely one of those Oxford bucket list adventures worth ticking off. Also check out Oxford Orators Speakers Club in the Town Hall (which meets on Tuesday's).

This is a great location, easily accessible, convenient cheap evening parking. The club is long established, really friendly, and a great way to help new, nervous, or improving public speakers to gain confidence and practice skills in a relaxed and supportive group.
