I have been working for 47 years and never, in all that time, have I come across a company so totally useless and unprofessional as Compass Cleaning. They are uncommunicative, unreliable in the extreme and have no idea what cleaning actually is. I have given one star because there isn't an option to give minus 10!

Avoid at all costs. Compass Cleaning drastically ran over on the first day of an end-of-tenancy clean due to not sending enough staff, and upon inspection had done a terrible job (including dumping rubbish - cleaning bottles etc - outside the house). They then had to return, and even then did an inadequate job but I had given up by that point. The manager was supposed to meet me on a third separate occasion because one of the gas cooking hobs had become blocked during the clean, but he never showed up costing me lots of wasted time and didn't even communicate to say he wouldn't be there. Wasted lots of my time and overall incredibly frustrating.

Quick, efficient, polite and so hard working. The office was so clean after and Compass were very efficient and even let us add an hour onto the allocated time.
