I placed an order over the phone and when I arrived to collect the staff treated me badly because I entered the restaurant soaking wet and entered the restaurant, I think you could improve the service because I was embarrassed when she asked me to wait outside

Unfortunately, apart from the food I did not have a very good experience at this restaurant. While I was sat eating, I saw a Deliveroo rider come in and ask to use the toilet, while he waited for his order to be ready. The staff refused to let him use the toilet because he wasnt a customer there. I found that extremely rude and disrespectful with the rider, as he is also a human being and has these types of needs while picking up orders and waiting outside.
