After a failed delivery in 2020, knowing I love cheese. I thought I gave this company the benefit and try again this Christmas. I place my Christmas order on 16th Nov for delivery on 18th Dec!! It was NOT delivered! No communication from them either. Finally after calling and leaving voice messages. I had a reply to an email to be informed that they have work non stop for 2 weeks and wanted a day off, NOT that they got one ! I was imformed this would be delivered the next day ( sunday) .. again nothing and no communication from them. I called again on the Monday.. The owner answered They said they had to work all week and 15 hrs on the Sunday.. to top it off she informed me I was outside of the delivery zone!! they only had over 4 weeks to work that out.. as a front line worker I know whats its like to work 15 or more years. There is no excuse for rudeness. Never again!!!
