        It was a pleasure to work with Richard, the owner. He promptly returned my call to schedule an appointment, was very polite and flexible with offering various time slots. Extremely punctual as well, which is a rarity these days. Lewis, the carpet technician, was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable about carpet fibres and chemistry of shampoos , he was able to explain what would be the best treatment for my rugs. He cleaned and vacuumed quickly and the result was fantastic . In addition, he's got a great sense of humour, always a plus . Will definitely book again, for a Xmas cleaning ! Services: Area rug cleaning, General carpet cleaning
