DO NOT USE. Wrecked the paintwork and the company have denied its them. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid like the plague! Nice enough bloke and to be fair to him he did a great job INSIDE the car and I cannot fault that. However, he stripped off a line of speckled scratches about a foot and half long, over 2 door panels (see pictures) and also lots of light scratches all around the car. The company claim it was stones from the road, even though i had no insurance left on the car and it wasnt driven after the valet. Even the guy who picked up the car when the lease was up said "how is that meant to be stones from the road, its in a dead straight line?!". My point exactly and the light scratches are parallel to the deeper ones. I'll be going to the motoring ombudsman or trading standards, whoever needs to hear it as its cost me money from the lease company.

TLDR: Damaged our vehicle, left it muddy - dont take the risk! This was our experience: - Booked mini valet for the car (advertised to take around 2 hours) - Company turned up 4 hours early (with no explanation) and said we were booked for an exterior clean only. We showed the email confirmation and they reluctantly agreed. - One person hand washed the car while the other sat on our driveway smoking. - The second person then vacuumed the interior, where they scratched the boot of the car with the vacuum. - They also chose to start in the muddiest areas, spreading mud from the mats into what was (before) an immaculate boot. - As well as the scrape in the boot, we noticed a scratch in one of the window panels (note the car was just over 4 weeks old and was in perfect condition prior to this clean). - Our doorbell footage shows both colleagues leaning over (with the hoover) the area of the boot that has been damaged and shows one taking photos of the side of the car where the window damage appeared. - Aside from the infuriating damage to the car, the clean itself was poor, as well as the mud carried into the boot, some internal areas hadnt been touched, there were internal scratches and there was still mud all over the lower sections of the car externally which clearly hadnt been touched. While customer service were very nice prior to the clean, when we brought the issues to their attention they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility despite photo evidence and have been impossible to get a response from. Having recently purchased the vehicle, thought it would be nice to try a car valet for once, this company was the worst decision we made. Recommend avoiding for three reasons: potential car damage, poor customer service and a clean that can be achieved in 20 minutes with a cheap Amazon shampoo.
