        I ordered the cake 4 days earlier in advance for my loved one's birthday. also, I paid for delivery as well but they didn't deliver and I call them back they didn't answer my call finally I went to the cake shop and ask for my order but the cake was not ready and they show me very rude behaviour and tell me to take your money back we are very busy. which is completely not acceptable. I will not recommend them and not trust their service. they made me cry on my special loved one birthday.

        Since this shop opened many years ago I have always been buying cakes form them, very good quality and exceptionally good taste. Friendly people and good customer service with special offers form time to time.
