Just received my 4th order from this company and really happy with it. It was an usual order so I emailed first without making a payment or order, they came back to me within 24hrs and confirmed what could be done. Therefore, I then submitted my order with information in the personal message. Order received as discussed and ahead of my required date. I will definitely be using them again

Easy to use website and delivery absolutely rapid, ordered my cake toppers at 8.30am on a Friday, dispatched by 12.30pm and with me on Saturday morning. Thanks!

Great quality edible topper. However the companies unprofessionalism lets it down. Given the option a order to leave a message making a specific request. However this message was ignored and I was told they do not have time to read them because they have too many orders. Not exactly what a customer wants to hear or feel as though their order hasnt been given any priority or care. Also, why give customers the option to leave additional information for their order if they are ignored and dismissed. I would e have taken my business else were had they told me they couldnt do it and there wouldve been no problem. However, Order arrived without the requested design and was told I should have checked first before paying, although I did leave a message with my request on ordering. My message was ignored! Not made to feel like a valued customer and I understand the company do not provide the service I requested, however as a matter of Courtesy they should not have replied letting me know they were unable to fulfill my order request instead of blaming me the customer and telling me I should not make assumptions when ordering. How rude, unprofessional and lacking in customer care can they be. For that reason I would not order from this company again and will not recommend their business. Customer satisfaction and service comes first before quality.
