Terrible customer service, not recommended, ordinary products, I would not return.

I hope my experience was atypical, but... I bought a chocolate cake and asked them to ice it for my son's birthday - just "Happy Birthday" and his name. They said it would take about 45 minutes, perhaps less. In the end it took 100 minutes before it was ready to collect. Oddly, the chocolate cake now had white icing all over it, but I assumed they'd simply put a thin layer over the original chocolate glaze. An odd thing to do, but, whatever... It turned out that they'd completely messed things up, icing a Victoria sponge cake instead. The white icing was thick, the cake barely visible under all the icing (which was inedible, being sickly sweet and also very odd in the mouth), and so it was utterly not what I'd paid for. Needless to say, I shall not be returning.

We (Sage Songbird Designs) met the Cake Shop team at Voco Oxford Thames Wedding Fair. They were very friendly and we tried some of their cakes which were delicious. We'd thoroughly recommend them for wedding cakes.

Lovely looking cakes, perfect for an event, but if the assistant is on the phone don't expect any acknowledgement that they are aware you are waiting or even a smile. Got similar in Marks, without the wait.
