Couldnt be happier with the package of work delivered by the team at White Space. How they get their insights is borderline wizardry! Will definitely be using them again.

It was such a pleasure to work with White Space. The recommendations White Space gave us to improve the look, feel and messaging at our charity shops have been invaluable to our charity. We are now running a pilot project at some of our shops using their recommendations. The initial signs show that these visual changes are bringing real benefits. We cannot thank White Space enough for their great insights in the world of charity shops on the High Street which is transforming how we look on the high street and how we engage with customers.

We can't recommend the team at White Space more highly. We came to them with a wide range of issues, and they were able to bring clarity to our confusion, and help us to identify the root of the problem that we needed to tackle. They then worked quickly to conduct a very detailed and thorough piece of research for us, using a wide range of sources. The team distilled all of this information into a very useful summary presentation, allowing us to get an overview of the whole issue, and then have been able to drill down into more depth in the areas where we have needed more detail. The recommendations they have made for our work going forward are fantastically helpful, and we will integrate these into our ongoing strategy and planning. They have been truly first-rate, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
