The 100 bus is very unreliable, doesn't turn up, which then makes people late who rely on the service to get to work!

zero customer service to be expected. very young assistant at the shop scammed us - first pressured us into buying two tickets for the OX-LHR service at the shop instead of paying when boarding the bus then after the payment went through told us the bus had a 45 minute delay. at that point we could not cancel our payment or get reimbursed anymore. when we asked for reimbursement he responded with a highly unempathic corporate lingo. "it is not our responsibility to catch your flight". mind you we were paid 50 pounds for those bus tickets. bus driver taunted me when I hastily grabbed the luggage he threw out of the bus trunk. that was after we arrived at LHR 75 minutes late.

When I missed my bus, the staff went out of their way to help me resolve the situation. Very helpful.

The X2 service must be the worst bus service that I have ever used. Every day the buses are late for 20-30 minutes, and today a bus did not show up at all. Even if I try to catch an earlier bus, I am always late for work because of this service. Oxford train station: 27.09.2022 - 9:15 X2, 9:35 X2, 9:55 X2, 10:15 did not show up,

Very disappointed with the staff behaviour as they are rude and disrespectful and dont put effort to understand what the customer is saying (even if from different country or from here) experienced both. Buses are not on time. 3A buses get cancelled as per wish. Emails answered very late and just annoying when its coming to payments of online and offline of sharing different buses like stagecoach to access -no well put information inside the bus of new changes. They can display ad but not about new rate change and this is annoying to all people who are old as well. Oxford was not like this few years ago. Feel so sorry for certain people who get in bus and new here. My mom wants to give compliment a worker named Kamini who was well informed at work and resolved a 3 month long issues of keycard. Thanks to her.
