        Rude and racist. I went to their job job to apply for the trainee bus driver and the guy said that they don't need people "like me" . Not only that, the attitude of their drives is appalling. I was thinking to switch to busses for transport but nope. Not with this kind of customer service and racism.

        Absolutely terrible service, if I could give zero stars I would. Buses are Absolutely never on time and quite often don't even turn up at all

        Its never on time in Bicester. Even i check the live schedule, it will always delay for longer and longer. I dont understand if this bus company is closing or what. Otherwise, how come it could have never has at least one on time bus ever?
