The Airline to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports

Do not use this unless you literally cannot get to the airport any other way. They claim to be at least every 30 minutes but this is basically a lie in my experience. The last trip we took we were waiting over 2 and a half hours for one to arrive. On the return trip we were waiting over an hour and half until a coach turned up. Seriously unless you can build an extra 3 hours contingency into your plans and are happy to be at Heathrow for 6 hours in the case the coach does arrive on time don't use it

Driver was very courteous, but the bus 20 minutes late with no way to know where the bus is or when it may arrive. What's the point of advertising an app if it doesn't have this basic feature? Also, they don't take Amex. It's the 21st century but this bus company travels right back in time.
