Concept Building Solutions (Oxford)

This review is late but as the saying goes better late than never. I highly recommend Concept Building Solutions Oxford for their absolutely brilliant service and customer care. Excellent service from Jamie who got the best outcome on our behalf. When we contacted Jamie with our insurance claims as we were getting nowhere with it, he came home and explained the process. He took over liaising with the insurance company and came multiple times with the surveyors as they were being difficult and sorted out the entire claim. He got us the best possible result! He even arranged roofers to mend our roof and took care of all the logistics. Thank you JamieI maybe late in writing this review but have been recommending your services to everyone I know!

Jamie's service is amazing. I had a flood in a rental property I owned. Jamie took care of everything which resulted in a new floor and decorated kitchen. If you have a claim why wouldnt you want him on your side !

This wasn't an insurance claim, just a couple of jobs which we wanted to get done. One was a repair to the top of our conservatory end wall & the other the replacement of some old wooden fencing. The work we requested was carried out to a very good standard. The contractors were efficient, courteous & clean a tidy. Importantly, they arrived at the agreed times & the work was completed within the agreed timescale. I can heartily recommend Concept.

Absolutely fabulous service and Jamie got the best posiible outcome on my behalf. He handled everything from start to finish, in particular because i was abroad, so I had to hand everything over to him lock, stock and barrel. I would highly recommend his service to anyone
