    In One word,,, Rubbish. Righthand has no idea what lefthand does. They still blame COVID 19 for Their incompetency, eventhough that was in 2019. Basically everyone including the NHS are to blamed and not them. That was what the area manager told me on 3 May 23. Good luck if you try them.

    Went to collect a prescription for a friend that was supposedly be ready the previous afternoon, only to find that 1 items had been done but none of the others had been started. After waiting 3/4 of an hour, after serving and getting there stuff pick for them, my friends stuff was finally brought through. Terrible service from a company that has been doing this for over a 100 years.
