Hygiene standards were not followed. Waxer was double dipping wax and not changing spatulas when applying new wax to an area. Did not also change towel that had wax on it after my session, she rushed to prep for next client, by only covering it with disposable sheet rather than taking off the towel itself. Wax experience felt very rushed & amateur, she applied in any direction and applied across whole area instead of applying in direction of hair growth and waxing in small parts. Wax was hot on skin at times and she never pulled the skin back taut when ripping wax off or applying pressuring after wax was ripped off. Really worried Ive exposed my self to potential infections due to poor basic hygiene procedures as I doubt the wax is changed between clients. Not worth the money, not sure staff are even properly trained, wont be coming back. Do better, basic procedures werent followed for the sake of rushing for a new client- take proper appointment slots so you can properly focus and provide right care for clients. Im very worried for my health, as a business you should know better I shouldnt be typing this. Service: Body waxing

I came here due to much better reviews than the other nail shop just couple doors down, however this place was empty and the other was beaming of people, I should've went there... anyway I went to get my nails done, very minimal communication between staff members, started of with one lady 2 mins later with another, neither seemed as of they knew what they were doing. Speaking pretty much all the time in their own language was not welcoming either. I'm not a beautician but even I realised the mistakes 1) base coat as top coat and top coat as base coat on my fingernails. 2) clearly seeing that 1 coat of varnish is not enough and doing a 2nd coat after I gave the lady a look 3) buffering my nails to a point where they started to hurt. 4) constantly pointing out everything that was wrong with my skin, I know that I have dry skin and Unfortunately there isn't much I can do, but that made me self-concious when the lady kept telling me about all of the issues and trying to sell other products/treatments they have. And many more. Disappointed visit is a understatement. I didn't want to say anything there as I felt very vulnerable being the only person there, and the lady that did my nails said she's only 7months been in the industry so I didn't want to upset her, and that's why I didn't want to question the payment at the venue.
