Ordered soap basket. Entered delivery address with order, paid by PayPal. Confirmation stated my address for delivery. I contacted them straight away asking to change it. I also emailed. No reply to either (and no its not in spam or junk). Had to pay 5.29 to forward to correct address! Will not order from them again

I ordered an item & paid for faster delivery but the item came 5 days after my order. I emailed twice but no response or apology. Pathetic company, I will not recommend! Edit 31/01/23: I understand the strikes, but at least have the decency to reply to my emails. No replies is unaccepted! I only had a reply here as I wrote a negative review, so no surprises there.

Ordered on 23rd Dec 2021, Wed 5th Jan 2022 no sign of item, got in touch they said there was a problem with royal mail (the tracking number informed me they were waiting for the company to send the item over) ultra bee said they would investigate. Fri 7th I got in touch again and they said they would send another. No new tracking number was given. 11th I asked for new tracking number, NO REPLY. 12th NO REPLY 13TH Still no reply i kept on and on and nothing. I then mentioned a refund and getting in touch with my bank and standing traders, within the hour i got a reply funnily enough. I was sent a new one which was tracked 24 hours! So they didn't even bother to send the second one out before! I would never order from this company again, customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Wouldn't of been so bad if they stayed in contact! I can't rate the product as I've had to use an alternative for now. One star for receiving it 3 weeks later!
