        Good quality bread and pastries at twice the price of Paris like most of Oxford. ? The baguette however is always hard, never soft inside no matter when you get it. The baguette "tradition" which is my preferred in France is not Herve's thing. Crust should be cracking but not as hard to penetrate the interior core.
